This project was designed as part of my employment with Push Digital.
The PROJECT
In politics today opposing sides try to stifle participation, diminish perspectives, and tear down policy solutions put forth by those holding opposing viewpoints. This division becomes particularly degrading when targeted at the ideas and perspectives of women. Champion Women is an initiative dedicated to raising awareness of this delegitimization of women’s political ideas through the nonpartisan promotion of policies that truly help women.
The STRATEGY
Targeting millennial women with an interest in politics, I was responsible for the creation of a vibrant and uplifting brand. With the initiative’s main mode of communication being social media, it was important that all assets were eye-catching and able to attract attention in a matter of seconds. Assets had to encourage engagement and reflect the feminist sentiment behind the initiative, without alienating either side of the aisle.
